Call-in as needed service
The call-in as needed service allows our clients who have existing IT support staff, but at times require more manpower or a specific professional skill set that isn’t available through current staff to take advantage of Cinch Networks services as their business needs dictate.
We can remotely fix most common IT issues without a technician coming onsite.
Remote support is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Our certified staff will find and fix even the most obscure computer problems. We will go to great lengths to ensure that your problem is solved and that you are a satisfied customer. We generally fix computer issues within 1-2 hours, unless the problem has been assessed otherwise.
Scheduled on going support
This service option is often the choice of smaller to medium business who require IT support but do not require the services of a full time employee. Cinch Networks will design a custom support package based on a network audit and customer requirements and our recommendations.
